Hollinwood Homes has unveiled its brand new show home at Foxhall Village, the £50million regeneration project in the heart of Blackpool.
The Weston is a four bedroom house on the pioneering development, which was recently named ‘most innovative scheme’ at the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) North West Planning Achievement Awards.
Featuring the interior designs of Fiona Nix, the house has a spacious open plan kitchen-dining area, two bathrooms and an outdoor terrace.
Foxhall Village is being delivered by Hollinwood Homes, the residential arm of Marcus Worthington Group, in partnership with Blackpool Council and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), as part of a wider regeneration of the area and the creation of a new community.
The development will contain 410, two, three and four bedroom homes, all named after footballing heroes from Blackpool FC, including Jimmy Armfield and Stanley Matthews.
To date, over 90 houses have been built.
Rik Faircloth, development manager at Hollinwood Homes, said: “Foxhall Village is creating much needed affordable, stylish homes and a vibrant new community in a central location. The new show home is just a taster of what you can expect from these quality houses.”
The marketing suite at Foxhall Village is open from 10.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday, and by appointment only on Sundays.
